Account Statistics Explained

First, let’s figure out everything about the terms and definitions.
The Webvork account and statistics
By Request have an array of columns. Let’s find out what each of them means!
Country. The country to which traffic is driven.
Offer. A product or service to which a publisher drives traffic.
Webmaster ID. The system displays the unique identification number of a publisher so
you can see who leads traffic.
Requests. The total number of leads including trash for a specific period (in our
case, it’s October 2020). Put simply, this is the number of unprocessed leads.
Valid. Leads that passed primary validation and are processed by the call
center.
Approved. Leads who confirmed their order.
Declined. Leads who canceled their order.
Auto Trash. Invalid requests (tests, invalid numbers, etc.).
Approval Rate. Share of approved requests.
Requests Approved. Approval rate among the approved requests against the total number of
leads (including auto trash and call center’s trash).
Call Center’s Trash. Leads the call center moved to Trash while processing traffic. Usually,
the call center moves to Trash all requests from islands (if a publisher drives
traffic to Spain), duplicated requests, out-of-service phone numbers, etc.
Remember that a publisher can request call details on any request they led.
This publisher was simply testing everything!
Besides the fact that they were only driving traffic from Southern Europe (i.e. Portugal, Spain, Italy), they never preferred some offers over others, driving anti-varicosis, anti-prostatitis offers, along with joint remedies and weight loss supplements. This makes us think that this publisher drove traffic with the affiliate network’s flow without a certain set approach. But, looks like this publisher promised their account manager impressive results, and they didn’t lie! Look at KETON Aktiv’s numbers – over 1k leads from Italy and Spain!
However, it’s hard to understand whether they drove traffic under CPL or CPA because, for that same KETON, with its 834 leads, the offers approval rate was 59%, including trashed leads.
What do you think these stats are, CPE or CPL? Comment your guess😉
