As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow our network of publishers and affiliate partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, identifying opportunities, and working in a fast paced environment where performance matters.
What You'll Do
* Identify and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and media buying partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
* Negotiate payouts, caps, and campaign terms with publishers.
* Monitor campaign performance and work with partners to improve results.
* Ensure traffic quality and maintain compliance standards.
* Work closely with advertisers and internal teams to match campaigns with the right publishers.
* Re-engage inactive partners and develop long-term relationships.
* Track partner performance and provide regular updates.
* Stay informed about industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
* Help expand Voax Media’s presence within the CPA, CPL, and Pay Per Call space.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or publisher management.
* Experience working with CPA, CPL, Pay Per Call, or RevShare campaigns.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to negotiate and create win-win partnerships.
* Experience managing publishers or affiliate partners.
* Understanding of traffic quality, compliance, and fraud prevention.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
* Comfortable working during US business hours.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Nice To Have
* Experience with platforms such as Ringba, Retreaver, Trackdrive, Teldrip or similar tools.
* Existing relationships with affiliates, media buyers, or call centers.
* Experience in the healthcare, insurance, finance, or home services verticals.
* Previous experience working remotely
