Advertisable (advertisable.ai) is an AI-powered video ad platform working with brands and agencies worldwide.

We’re looking for someone with media buying experience in Meta Ads who will take full ownership of client accounts.
From creative strategy and generating AI videos in our platform, to editing and finalizing in CapCut/Adobe, to monitoring creative performance and communicating directly with clients.
We don’t want someone who just executes tasks. We want someone who takes ownership of every account and treats it like their own.
What you’ll do
* Develop creative strategy for clients, including brand analysis, target audience, messaging and ad angles
* Create AI-generated video ads in the Advertisable platform
* Edit and post-produce videos in CapCut and/or Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Finalize creatives according to the client’s brief and requirements
* Monitor and analyze creative performance in Meta Ads Manager, which creative is working, why it’s working, and what to test next
* Make data-driven decisions, including A/B testing, reading metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and proposing new creative iterations
* Communicate directly with clients, understand their needs, propose solutions, and deliver results
* Take full responsibility for quality, performance and timely delivery
What we’re looking for
* Media buying experience in Meta Ads is a must. Campaign setup isn’t part of this role, but you need to have run ads yourself so you know how to read the data, spot winning creatives and understand how creative impacts performance
* Experience with video editing in CapCut and/or Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Understanding of creative strategy for paid social, what works, why it works, and how to test it
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Interest in AI, new technologies and digital marketing
* Attention to detail and a sense for visual quality
* A plus if you have experience with creative design (static ads, brand visuals) and/or managing organic social media profiles
