To provide the teaching and learning services to existing students based on the appropriate academic standards. To be responsible for helping, assessing and encouraging students during the learning process in order to fulfill their academic potential.

Responsibilities

• Create a learning and professional environment by modeling respect for students’ diverse cultures and language skills.
• Plan, develop and create teaching and learning materials and deliver those to students.
• Manage relevant Learning Management System pages in relation to the assigned modules.
• Prepare materials, assessment and review syllabus based on the quality code of the university and archive those accordingly.
• Motivate and encourage students for developing their personal performance.
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality and applying the most up-to-date leaching methods.
• Develop, administer and mark assessments in accordance with the set criteria and following the assessment regulations of the university.
• Engage with colleagues to ensure consistency and sharing of best practice in teaching and learning activities
• Participate in relevant meetings within the university governance structures.
• Liaise with the partner institution staff for delivery of franchise programmes and modules.
• Assume module leadership for at leas one module.
• Engage and lead selected extracurricular activities for students.
• Take on various university roles in quality, teaching and learning, management, student support and other relevant areas.
• Complete report forms, including absences, feedback, marking sheets, module leader reports, performance analyses, academic misconduct forms, disciplinary actions, peer observation and others.

Requirements

• Master Degree PhD (Preferable) in the area of IT or Mathematics

• Communication, Presentation,Computer literacy, Time management, Emotional stability,

  Patience, Flexibility, Leadership skills, Decision-making, Stress Tolerance
• Experience of teaching in a relevant subject area

• Knowledge of Python or C++, or Java

• Experience of working with the Web standards
