About Furat

Abdullah Al Araf Furat is a dedicated Bangladeshi student committed to bridging traditional Islamic education with modern academic learning. He is currently enrolled in multiple educational streams: General Education (Class 10), Alia Madrasa (Class 9), and Qawmi Madrasa (2nd Year, Madani Nesab), which allows him to maintain a balanced understanding of both religious and general/academic knowledge.

Furat has demonstrated a lifelong passion for education and knowledge. He actively engages in general schooling, the Alia Madrasa curriculum, and the Qawmi Madrasah curriculum under the Madani Nesab, where Arabic literature is the main subject, fostering a comprehensive perspective on classical Islamic traditions and contemporary academics.

As a Hafiz of the Qur'an, Furat has memorized the entire holy scripture, reflecting exceptional discipline, dedication, and reverence for Islamic teachings.

Furat is a polyglot, actively learning multiple languages including English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Japanese, Indonesian, and Farsi (Persian). This linguistic proficiency enhances his intercultural understanding and helps him connect with communities worldwide.

Beyond academics, Furat serves as a Student Ambassador at Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Competition, guiding young learners and promoting digital literacy with sincerity and purpose.

He contributes to the global open-source community as a VLC Documentation Writer, helping refine and improve the written resources behind one of the world’s most trusted media platforms.

He is recognized as a Citizen Scientist on Zooniverse, taking part in community-powered research. At the same time, he works as a Citizen Astronomer with the Astronomical Observatory of Japan, engaging in observational studies and deepening his connection with the night sky.

Furat also participates in climate-oriented initiatives, adding thoughtful effort toward environmental understanding and action.

He has contributed to Wikipedia and other knowledge-sharing platforms, helping make information clearer, more accurate, and accessible for learners everywhere.
