Apart from already written, abi & abla sometimes used in semi-formal relations too. For example, in a work place, if someone is older than you, you can refer to them as abi or abla. However, teyze & amca is used exclusively in informal relations. In a work place you shouldn't call your colleagues with teyze & amca regardless of their age.
