The sun is soon going to rise. I left the town of Salem and will make a new life elsewhere. John refuse my offer. I can almost hear the sound of the drummers getting ready, making a steady beat. It was time for John to get hanged.
This town I have enough of. I’m going to take all of Rev. Parris money and try to convince John to go with me on a ship so he can avoid persecution. He has to say yes to my offer. Its either that or get hanged. I have to do this quick or I can get in trouble of stealing.
During court I saw a yellow bird up in the ceiling. I looked at it, telling it to go away. Mary said to stop what I’m doing. The other girls repeated what she said. The judge asked Mary to stop but she couldn’t and we kept going. After all that Mary look so guilty. All this caused Mr. Hale to leave the court because he stopped believing in all this and left. Everything was fake to him.
Susanna, Mercy, Betty and I enter the courthouse again. I, we, have no clue what to expect this time. Mr.Danforth asked me if what Mary said was true. I told Danforth that there was no truth at all. Then more questions came right at me.
Then I began to feel a cold sensation. And so did the other girls. So we all started to blame Mary that she is sending her spirits to us, making us feel cold.
Later on I was surprise that John confess that he had an affair with me and blame me and called me a whore.
But his dumb wife said he is a good man. Instead of trying to help him, she made Johns statement look like a lie and now he’s in trouble.
Today people are being accuse and are going to court. People are also to testify and to tell the truth. I am accusing Elizabeth of witchcraft so I can be a less of a target. Though they are also charging me of giving false testimony. Its either blame or get blamed. I told John that none of this has to do with witchcraft. I hope people will believe it.
Later on today, a guy by the name of Hale came in today. From what I heard he knows the signs of witchcraft and has many books about it. He tries to figure out what was wrong with Betty and started asking me questions. I told him that we only danced, but I accidently said that a frog jumped in. Him and Parris were in a state of shock when I told them that.
           For now I told to every single girl that we only danced and that’s it. Soon Betty woke up and was crying for her mom. She is out of her mind! Then she tried to jump out the window, as if she can fly! That’s when everyone was convinced it was a sure sign of witchcraft in town. Things got too out of hand…. So I admitted of dancing in the woods and that I wanted to “go back to Jesus”.
My name is Abigail Williams and I live in the village of salem. I’m 17 year old. Reverend Parris is my uncle and is the villages preacher for years. And I also work for John Proctor, a man who I love dearly for some time now.

This morning I received news that Betty was sick. Susanna Walcott’s came in today to give us a message from Doctor Griggs, saying that he cannot find any medicine for what Betty has.
   The rumor of witchcraft is running like blood gushing out of a heart to the veins. We are to keep what Betty has on the down low, for anybody that hears this will suspect very of us. My uncle already knows that we danced in the woods with Tituaba. I’m trying to convince him that no matter what, to say that I confess of witchcraft so I will only be whipped, for the punishment of not confessing is being hanged.
