Aadhar Housing Finance IPO Listing: The ₹3000 crore IPO of Aadhar Housing Finance was open for subscription from 8-10 May. Today its shares have been listed.
Aadhar Housing Finance IPO Listing: Shares of Housing Finance Company (Aadhar Housing Finance) had a successful entry in the domestic market today. Its IPO received more than 26 times the overall bid.
Shares have been issued under the IPO at a price of Rs 315. Today it has entered at Rs 314.30 on BSE and Rs 315.00 on NSE, which means IPO investors did not get any listing gain. However, after flat listing the buying of shares increased.
At the end of the day, it closed at Rs 329.55 (Aadhar Housing Finance Share Price) on BSE, which means IPO investors are now making 4.62 percent profit. Employees are more profitable because they got each share at a discount of Rs 23.
Aadhar Housing Finance IPO got strong response
Aadhaar Housing Finance's ₹3000 crore IPO was open for subscription from May 8-10.
This IPO received a good response from investors and overall it was subscribed 26.76 times.
In this, the portion reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) was 76.42 times, the portion for Non-Institutional Investors (NII) was 17.33 times, the portion for retail investors was 2.58 times and the portion for employees was 6.88 times.
Under this IPO, new shares worth Rs 1 thousand crore have been issued and 6,34,92,063 shares with face value of Rs 10 have been sold under the offer for sale window.
The money from the offer for sale will go to the shareholders selling the shares. The company will use the money raised through new shares for capital needs related to lending and general corporate purposes.
Formed in the year 2010, Aadhar Housing Finance provides mortgage loan products for purchase and construction of residential and commercial properties, house extensions etc.
According to the data till September 2023, it has 471 branches in 20 states and union territories of the country. Talking about the financial health of the company, it has continuously strengthened.
In the financial year 2021, it had a net profit of Rs 340.46 crore, which jumped to Rs 446.20 crore in the next financial year 2022 and to Rs 545.34 crore in the financial year 2023.
During this period, the company's revenue increased at a compound growth rate (CAGR) of more than 13 percent annually to Rs 2,043.52 crore.
Talking about the last financial year 2023-24, in the first 9 months i.e. April-December 2023, it has achieved a net profit of Rs 547.88 crore and a revenue of Rs 1,895.17 crore.
