Australia is rolling out “AusAlert”, a “new” national emergency warning system designed to deliver faster and *more targeted* alerts during major emergencies.
Throughout June and on 27 July, some Australians may receive a test emergency alert on their mobile device as part of the rollout. The graphic below contains the test locations, dates and schedule.
Know what to expect and don’t mistake the “test” for a real emergency.
