ASOS REFUND



Locker Method UK (Method 1) – Takes around 10 days

1)Order normally on Asos

2)Once arrived create a return of the items you want to refund

3)USE INPOST returns

4)Return the item using the locker but actually don’t put anything in the locker

5) Contact ASOS 10 days after and ask for a refund they will process it This method is the same as FTID but way easier

 

Return method (Method 2) - Takes around 3-5 days

1)Order normally on Asos and buy a item you don’t want to keep

2)Return the item normally with the proof of receipt

3)Once Asos process the refund contact asos saying you returned the other items. But make sure the items you say is within the refund limit otherwise the refund will not work.

 

Ultimate instant method

1)Order normally on Asos

2)Once the item is delivered make sure its 100% delivered otherwise it will not work. Ideally it should be green on your order saying it is delivered.

3)Once it is refunded the first step is to go on live chat- a tip on how to instantly go on live chat is by spamming advisor on the chat.

4) The first step is to have a legit asos return from ANOTHER Account- this ideally can be Inpost from the UK, or anything else. Make sure this return is within the same month of when you placed and delivered order so the refund works better and agents will process it. Below I have used the return code for another return not linked to my account.


5)The second step is to go on live chat and ask for an update on your refund by sending that return number you have from another account. The agent will then ask for your order number. The best chance of refund is to get an agent with ethnic names such as DEV, Monica, or something Indian ahah.


6) If the agent is a bad agent, he will then ask you for your items you returned from your order number. You will then state the items- make sure the total of the items you give to the agent is in line with the limit so for example the limit within UK atm is £300 so give him the items valued up to £300.

 

7) And now for the good part the agent has now processed the refund. You can now WAIT for the notification to arrive on your email or phone. Make sure you have this turned on ASOS, once you receive this notification on your phone.

8) Once this notification has arrived you can tell the agent you forgot to send a few more items which again has to be within the limit- bearing in mind the notification has to arrive first otherwise the agent could process them all together. The notification may take 1 second or up to 10 minutes to arrive. In one case of mine it took 1 day as sometimes there’s delays within ASOS.

9) You can repeat this step given that the agent is really bad, at one point I did this 5 times refunding an EU client 2000 euros




You want to see this before processing the next batch of items


IF the agent is good agent-

They will recognise the tracking and order number does not match.

If this happens and they are like It does not match or is incorrect, then this is a failed attempt. Try again for better luck for another agent

As soon as the agent says the tracking and order no does not link you apologise to the agent and say sorry I sent the wrong one and just close the chat, reconnect with a new agent.

 

 

How to improve the chances of the refund

-Make sure the tracking you send is the same month as your order

-compliment the agent and say their name is lovely, ask them how there day is- this will distract the agent

-Get an agent with an ethnic name- more time it will work


 

LIMITS September 2023 – the limits may change at anytime so be careful UK- Less than £200

USA- Less than $200

Euro currency- Less than 200 euros

The limits can change from time to time so really depends on ASOS

 

If you try send the agent items above the limit this can lead to the refund being sent to specialist team.

If you try a refund and the refund is sent to specialist team this means the refund did not work.

 

WAYS to return if your account is banned

Returns (returnsplatform.com) – simply enter your details for given country and return Or you can create your own label sent to ASOS warehouse for a refund

You can also return the items- by sending them back to the ASOS warehouse with a label you create, but make sure you have your order number and email on the package.

 


IF ASOS BAN

How to make unlimited accounts Revolut

1)Make a fake email, name, etc on your ASOS account, alongside this change your billing address to a random address on ASOS and revolut. I want you to first order the cheapest item and deliver that

item to that random address. This is what I call the dummy order.

2) You can now use that account to order again but now at the click and collect address, make sure the billing address is the same as before but now you can change the name to yours at the collection point. AND now you can order again unlimited times.

 

 

 

PAYPAL Balance

This is very good if you want your money back the next day as soon as the agent processes the refund it will land in your balance.

To use this is to have an aged account and place an order with PayPal balance. Aged accounts- you can use aged accounts for refunds
