About the Role
As an A&R Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in discovering and onboarding new artists. You’ll manage PR campaigns from outreach to reporting, ensuring artists receive exceptional support and measurable results.
Music industry experience is a plus, but not required, we value passion, communication above all.
Key Responsibilities
* Artist Outreach & Sales: Find and pitch to rising artists on Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
* CRM Management: Keep our artist pipeline organized and up to date.
* Pitching: Use our pitch deck and custom messaging to present our PR services to artists.
* Relationship Management: Be the go-to contact for artists—answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure campaign success.
* Campaign Coordination: Work with press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok to execute cohesive campaigns.
* Reporting: Share weekly updates and deliver detailed end-of-campaign reports.
* Stay Current: Keep a pulse on trends in music, media, and social to best serve artists.
* Juggle Multiple Projects: Manage several artist campaigns with tight timelines.
