1. I have an idea and some major investors interested in launching the Ton Nexus project. Investors (from the traditional fiat world) will be able to invest in traders and their wallets through tokenization. The trader keeps doing their “degen” moves and proceeds however they like, but shares profits with investors, similar to dividend distribution in TradFi.
2. I have generous and persistent investors practically forcing me to take their money—which is great—but I don’t want to take on a stillborn project. So, to test this theory in practice, I decided to tokenize the assets of my personal wallet and experience what it’s like to be a KOL who shares profits with investors (the token holders).
3. My wallet, appl.ton (UQCVw5zOnZwtrxuuAhOcAkJ6-Ub9nkiCIpR_wZUiznh11qm5), is in the top 1% of traders by turnover in the entire TON ecosystem for 2024. Unfortunately, I didn’t track my personal financial results in TON for 2024, but it’s somewhere between +40,000 and +60,000 TON. I’m part of most private chats, have decent connections, and a good feel for the TON ecosystem.
4. Right now, appl.ton holds approximately 40,000 TON worth of assets (if we count domains at mint price and NFTs at their potential collateral value—so it’s more of a conservative estimate). I’ve decided to tokenize all the wallet’s assets (and my “degen” activity). I’ll keep trading aggressively and continue earning money, and whatever I earn will be shared among the holders (I’ll also hold my own token, so I get a piece too).

2. Holders of the APPL token will receive 5% of the new project’s tokens (proportional to the number of APPL tokens they hold at the snapshot time).

After 12 months, if the price isn’t doing well, I will buy back your tokens with my own TON at the presale price +25%. This is my safety net and my way of preserving my reputation (which I value greatly).
