What is All People Act Together (APAT)?

All People Act Together (APAT) is a not-for-profit organization promoting strategy, tactics and coordination of protests and other civil rights activities in Mainland China.

There are over 300,000 protests and other forms of civil rights activities in Mainland China every year. People under the authoritarian regime express their demands for justice in the street and on the Internet. Very few of these protests end with the government meeting the people’s needs and demands. Most of them are crushed by local police. Many protesters have been harmed in the process of seeking justice.

We believe only by uniting the protests, increasing their volume, and applying pressure to the government so that we can realize change. However, people in China are very segmented, all social media accounts are monitored closely by the government. Any online group plans for protests will be dismantled by the government in minutes. Therefore there is an urgent need to create a coordination center overseas.

Our organization exists for that purpose. We do follow to promote our agenda:

·    We publish free online books studying the strategy and tactics of organizing nonviolent protests, disobedience and other method of other nations. We pass on our studies to the struggling groups in China. 

·    We manage a network of YouTube Channels for commentating on current news and sharing the concepts of uniting all protests.

·    We have volunteers download videos, compress the files and transcribe speeches for further distribution within the Great Fire Wall of China.

·    We develop our contacts in China to coordinate and organize grass roots groups.

·    We commission art works such as sculptures and paintings to inspire pro-democracy movements in China.

·    We fund pro-democracy activities for China.

·    We accept private donations from supporters.

We survive and thrive from the support of our volunteers. We hope that many will join our cause through APAT and enable us to bring the light of freedom to the millions of oppressed souls struggling under the boot of the Chinese Communist Party regime.
