AMD Ryzen 5 3400 G with MSI Tomahawk MAX Issues

Issues:

• Windows 10 hanging frequently.
• Integrated Graphics card is not detected

Specs:

16GB Delta RAM

500W SU9 Powersupply

Using built-in processor fan

What I've tried so far:

Reinstall Windows
Remove the adapter, and reinstall
Reinstall the drivers from both the DVD and from the website.
Adrenaline gets installed, but it gives an error.
Device manager gives a Code 12.
