AMA Recap

Read This If You Care About Where $HAI Goes Next

TL;DR

  • Recovery first: Architecture corrected post-August; OFT routing gives live fallbacks (e.g., bridge via Stargate when a route is down).
  • Organic > artificial: We split comms back under HackenAI; rebuilding a retail-ready ToV and growth loop.
  • CMC signals: Comms fixed there; we see small but steady buy pressure and smoother tape.
  • Docs: One-pager = our “whitepaper.” Refreshed version targeted next week.
  • Tokenomics: Final numbers only after the claim window closes. Cold-wallet path will be provided: planned and under control.
  • HAI Rounds: Live; first round closed fast. Pipeline building; DYOR guys research-backed dealflow continues.
  • DYOR → X Smart KOL → Rounds flywheel: Turning the X account into smart KOLs + community; DYOR 101 getting simplified for web2-2.5 newcomers.
  • Rewards/utility: New AI+X utility is release-ready; $HAI directly involved. Big Certified DYORer initiative in preparation (seed teased at ETHCC Cannes).

Transition to $HAI as a security token: Work never stopped. Q2 2026 remains the target; updates will follow.

What we need from you: 5 mins/day on socials, keep sentiment constructive, complete DYOR track, and send concrete feedback.

RECAP

1) Recovery & Resilience (no drama, just the fix)

  • Architecture was corrected with the new dev team.
  • OFT standard = resilience: if a route is down, users can bridge via eg. Stargate; we built redundancy so “down” ≠ “stuck.”

2) Strategy Reset: Back Under HackenAI, Organic Only

  • The “one channel for everything” experiment capped our speed and tone.
  • We’ve separated ToV from services and moved back under @HackenAI to grow a retail-ready audience.
  • What you see now (beyond some comments) is organic — no paid noise.

3) CMC: Cleaner Comms → Smoother Tape

  • We focused our communications on CoinMarketCap users.
  • Result: small but real buy pressure and visible smoothing on the chart.

4) Whitepaper Stance

  • At 8 years, we don’t need a 30-page manifesto; we need products and demand.
  • The market trend is one-pager = whitepaper. Ours exists and an updated version is targeted for next week.

5) Tokenomics & Claims

  • You cannot calculate final numbers before the claim window closes — anything else is guesswork.
  • Cold-wallet holders OFT swap: the solution for holders is in the development pipeline, we will present it once it’s done.
  • We prioritized must-have product work so we’re ready with or without a “season.”

6) HAI Rounds: Conviction Before Capital

  • First on-platform HAI Round closed fast. Earlier pre-platform rounds proved the model of DYOR-verified early investments; pipeline is being prioritized now.
  • Thanks to DYORers and early adopters of pre-TGE projects research.

7) The Flywheel: DYOR → X → Rounds

  • Converting our X account into a smart-KOL hub backed by DYOR community research.
  • If the loop shows traction, we’ll add a new farming utility for HAI holders. As discussed. But only if there’s real research throughput to fuel it.
  • DYOR 101 is being refreshed and will be released soon (clearer, simpler, modernized for web2/2.5).

9) New Utility (AI + X) - Ready

  • A new utility for the wide audience including DYORers (not only ours), alpha/gem hunters, and likely HackPot stakers, is ready to release.
  • It’s AI-related and X(Twitter)-native; $HAI is directly involved. You won’t miss the drop.

10) A small tool: Social → DYOR → Rewards

  • We’re wiring community social activity into measurable DYOR work and rewarding contributions that actually grow $HAI. A small Telegram tool is on the way.

11) Additional Clarifications From Q&A

  • Listings: pursuing only meaningful listings that add value — not small exchanges that just add sell pressure.
  • Infrastructure staking: we will substitute it with utility-driven products upon ending (HAI Rounds, smart-KOL loop, DYOR-based farming). We will avoid inflationary band-aids.
  • stHAI secondary market: planned in-app with sensible limits; stHAI won’t be freely tradable off-app.
  • HAI rounds One-button participation: we’re exploring a streamlined flow so users can allocate without juggling multiple steps/wallets.

What We Need From the Community (Actionable)

  • Finish TrustArmy and get Certified - effort will be rewarded. A large initiative is in preparation - bigger than the current scope. Those who caught the ETHCC Cannes teaser know the seed;
  • 5 minutes/day on socials: comment, reply, and raid smart threads (X + CMC). Organic reads as real; bots don’t.
  • Guard the sentiment: raise issues, avoid drama in general groups. Post hard questions into AMA/Q lists so we can fetch data, fix, and close loops.
  • Complete the DYOR track: read → learn → ask → get Certified (TrustArmy). It matters - and you will be rewarded for it.
  • Send specific feedback: site, docs, onboarding, product flows - tell us exactly what’s broken or missing so we can ship fixes fast.
