AK Order Flow - Privacy Policy

AK Content Command is a private, single-owner tool used only by the owner of the Instagram account @akorderflow and the YouTube channel @AKORDERFLOW (AK Order Flow) to publish its own educational posts and to read and answer comments and direct messages sent to these accounts. It is not offered to other businesses or users.

What data we access

Through the official Instagram and YouTube APIs the tool reads: content published by our own accounts, comments on that content, direct messages sent to our account (including story replies), and the public username and ID of the person who wrote them. We do not access contacts, location, payment data or any data of accounts we do not own.

How we use it

Only to display incoming comments and messages to the account owner, to prepare and send replies to them (every reply is approved by the owner or follows rules the owner set), to send requested free learning material, and to measure the performance of our own posts. We never sell, rent or share this data, and never use it for advertising.

YouTube API Services

AK Content Command uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos, read and reply to comments on our own videos, and read our own channel statistics. By interacting with our YouTube channel you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. YouTube data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Revoking access

The only Google account connected to this tool is our own. Any Google account owner can revoke an app's access at any time from the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. We delete stored YouTube data within 7 days of access being revoked, and stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on the owner's own computer. Access tokens are kept in the operating system's credential store. Instagram messages and comments are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted; YouTube API data is kept for at most 30 days.

Data deletion

To have any data about you deleted, send a direct message with the word DELETE to @akorderflow on Instagram. We delete all stored messages, comments and identifiers linked to your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
