◽️ When will I receive my confirmation after paying?

Bookings are not made as soon as funds are received

Bookings times are planned strategically to prevent any potential cancellations and ensure timely reservations.

Make a note that by placing your booking in advance with our team, you are avoiding price increases that occur as it gets closer to the date of check-in

Booking in advance with us is like investing in a stock, you secure a lower price now to enjoy greater returns later.

1 ➣ Send us your cart for validation

The first step is to send us a screenshot or image of your cart that you want to book

2 ➣ Receive a quote on your order

After reviewing your cart, we will provide you with a quote on the cost of your order.

3 ➣ Fill out the form the team sends

Next, you will be asked to fill out a simple form that our team will send to you to confirm your order details.

4 ➣ Pay 50% of cart price

Once the form is filled out, you will be asked to pay up to 60% of the cart price as a deposit.

5 ➣ Team fulfils order

Finally, our team will use the information provided to complete the order and book to satisfy

Our booking procedure is simple and straightforward, making it easy for customers to quickly and efficiently book their desired reservation with us.

◽️ What happens if I need to change my booking?

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that changes may not be possible if the booking is complete or made close to the start date.

Confirmation forms vary based on the service, typically a PDF confirmation will be provided alongside other information required
