Role Description This is a contract, remote AI Content Creator role. The AI Content Creator will generate, refine, and adapt scripts, story concepts, character descriptions, and promotional copy using AI tools and models. Day-to-day tasks include researching trends in film and digital storytelling, developing prompts and workflows for AI-assisted content generation, and collaborating with producers, writers, and editors to align output with creative briefs. The role will involve iterating on AI-generated drafts, ensuring tone and voice consistency, and preparing content for use in storyboards, pitch decks, and marketing assets. The AI Content Creator will also document best practices, help test new AI tools, and provide feedback on improving the content pipeline.
Qualifications
* Strong creative writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging scripts, concepts, and character arcs.
* Experience working with generative AI tools (e.g., large language models, image or video generation) for content creation or ideation.
* Solid research skills to gather references, analyze audience trends, and support development of authentic narratives.
* Ability to edit and refine AI-generated content for clarity, coherence, style, and brand or project guidelines.
* Comfort with digital collaboration tools and remote workflows (e.g., shared documents, project management platforms, version control for scripts or assets).
* Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Background in film, media, creative writing, screenwriting, or a related field (professional experience or portfolio work strongly preferred).
* Openness to feedback, willingness to experiment with new tools, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory storytelling.
