Creative Direction — AI Video & Titling Motion Tools

We’re looking for a Creative Director — AI Video & Motion Tools to help define the next generation of video creation products. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of AI video, motion graphics, and professional video workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creative vision for AI-powered video creation tools.
* Define product experiences for video editing, automation, templates, motion graphics, branding, and storytelling.
* Design and guide workflows for creators, marketers, businesses, and social video users.
* Bring deep expertise in titling for video, including typography, layout, lower thirds, captions, animated titles, brand-safe text systems, and motion-based title design.
* Translate emerging AI video capabilities into simple, useful, and delightful product experiences.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, AI teams, and marketing teams.
* Research and evaluate leading AI video tools and creative trends.
* Help shape features around AI editing, generative video, prompt-based creation, avatars, captions, animation, templates, and brand automation.
Required Experience
* Extensive experience in motion graphics, video design, and creative direction.
* Expert-level understanding of video titling, typography, captions, animated text, and on-screen graphics.
* Strong knowledge of AI video creation workflows and generative video tools.
* Experience with creator tools, video editors, social video platforms, or SaaS products.
* Strong visual taste and ability to turn complex technology into simple creative workflows.
* Ability to define product requirements, creative concepts, user flows, and visual direction.
