The AI Testing Assistant role exists to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the internal tools we use to support our consulting projects. In this position, you will help us verify that automated systems are correctly interpreting complex corporate governance documents and meeting notes. This is a part-time, entry-level contract role that is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the high precision our clients expect from us.
What you will do
* Review AI-generated summaries of executive interviews to ensure they capture the nuances of organizational friction.
* Test various sets of instructions for our internal tools to determine which produce the most direct and professional outputs.
* Compare automated transcriptions of board-level discussions against original audio to identify and correct errors in technical business terminology.
* Document inconsistencies or logical gaps in automated draft reports and report them to the project lead.
* Analyze how our tools categorize different types of structural issues, such as underperformance or unclear reporting lines.
* Maintain a clear log of testing results to help improve the precision of our internal data processing.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that the tone of all outputs remains formal and grounded in reality.
