Main Responsibilities

• Design the plan and strategy for the team basing on the tech trend in academic and industry; 

• Build strong connection with HQ and give tech and business strategy to guide HQ;

• Build the core competitiveness of multi-language voice and semantics (смысловое значение слова) 

• Build the core competitiveness of on-device key AI algorithms. 

• Develop teams and personnel, continuously improve the software business capabilities of teams, and build high-performance teams that have the fighting capacity, sense of pride, and sense of belonging.

• Manage all the projects and ensure each project reach the goal.

Experience/Background

• Have experience in managing large ASR (Automatic speech), TTS (text to speech synthesis) or AI R&D team (more than 30 members) and be proficient in full-stack technical architecture of AI Technology.

• At least 10 years’ project experience, with strong management and communication skill;

• Familiar with AI algorithms, such as CNN, DNN, RNN, Seq2Seq model and so on;

• Experience with modern AI framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Caffe to build AI model. 

• Familiar with programming skills such as Java, Python, C/C++.
