We are currently supporting a major European logistics firm that is modernizing its internal reporting and forecasting tools. Our goal is to move them toward a single source of truth for their data. As part of this fully remote project, we are looking for an AI Product Support Specialist to assist our senior consultants and the client team with the configuration and maintenance of these new tools.
The role
This is a full time, permanent position for someone looking to start a career in technical support and systems consulting. In this role, you will help manage the day to day needs of an AI assisted forecasting platform for our logistics client. You will be part of a team that prioritizes transparency and sensible documentation over corporate buzzwords. Because our team is fully remote, you will need to be comfortable managing your time and communicating clearly through written updates and video calls.
Your primary objective is to ensure that the system remains reliable for the logistics firm. When data looks incorrect or a tool does not behave as expected, you will help investigate the cause. You will work closely with senior consultants who prioritize getting the configuration right the first time. This position is a paid role, and the compensation is competitive for the current market and the entry level nature of the position.
What you will do
* Monitor the AI forecasting tool to ensure data flows correctly from the client systems.
* Assist senior consultants with the initial configuration and setup of system modules.
* Review data logs to identify why specific reports might be showing inconsistent results.
* Draft clear and simple documentation that the client team can use to manage the system independently.
* Respond to support tickets from the logistics firm staff regarding common usage questions.
* Help maintain clean data sets by identifying and flagging outliers or formatting errors.
* Participate in internal team meetings to discuss project milestones and system performance.
* Verify that system updates do not disrupt existing reporting workflows.
