We do not work on standing retainers and we do not produce slide decks. Instead, we return redrawn files supported by a written argument. Every file we produce bears two names: one person who builds and one who argues against what was built. This internal tension ensures that every assumption is verified before a file closes. Our current workload includes a significant partnership with a major Italian infrastructure group, where we are helping to audit and rebuild their technical asset libraries.

What you would do
In the role of AI Operations Assistant, you will support our core team by managing the technical inputs and outputs that feed our analysis. Your work helps bridge the gap between raw data and the hardened models we deliver to clients. This is a junior role focused on the practical application of AI tools within a consultancy framework.
* Prepare and clean large datasets for use in infrastructure and financial models.
* Test and refine prompts to extract specific data points from technical audit logs.
* Audit AI-generated outputs for accuracy by comparing them against original invoice ledgers and records.
* Organize digital artifacts so they are ready for the builder and the challenger to review.
* Document the logical steps taken during data processing to ensure the work is verifiable.
* Verify that summaries of infrastructure assets match the raw documentation provided by our partners.
* Support the team in drafting clear, written arguments that explain our findings.
Helpful background
We are looking for individuals who find satisfaction in the details and have a natural curiosity about how businesses are built. Since this is an entry level position, we prioritize a logical mindset over years of professional experience. We look for the following qualities in a candidate:
