AI Motion Designer

Responsibilities: Develop motion content for ads (videos, animations, visual effects) using AI tools — work from briefs provided by the Creative Producer to final renders (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) Develop motion content for ads (videos, animations, visual effects) using AI tools — from concept to final render (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) Integrate AI (MidJourney, RunwayML, Flow, ElevenLabs, etc.) into the creative process: generation, automation, and optimization Research and test new AI tools, adapting them to the team’s needs Create reusable motion templates and assets for ad campaigns Work with storyboards to ensure high-quality visualization with a focus on timing and storytelling What we look for: 3+ years of experience in motion design, including ad creatives Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus Practical experience with AI tools such as MidJourney, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, etc Experience in prompt engineering and AI content optimization Strong understanding of motion design principles — timing, storytelling, visual rhythm Excellent communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently Will be a plus: Experience in marketing, advertising, or production studios Ability to work with various digital formats Familiarity with generative workflows and templates for performance creatives We offer: Flexible remote work Growth and development: We invest in training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing Freedom to experiment: A tech-driven approach where AI is a core part of the creative process Expert team: Collaborate with marketing and creative professionals on real products that sell How to Apply: If you meet the criteria and want to work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!
