About Us
Risidio is a UK-based research, design and development (RD&D) company working at the forefront of Web3, AI and blockchain. Our projects include Lunim Studio, Lunim Media Suite (a Web3 smart contract film finance and distribution platform) and various AI-driven Web3 applications.
About the Role
Help build a high-trust, ownership-driven people function throughout the full employee lifecycle. AI speeds up execution. Human judgement drives every important decision. This is not a traditional HR internship.
What You Will Own
* Recruitment: Draft job descriptions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and maintain trackers using AI tools, while checking for bias and accuracy.
* Assessment: Evaluate candidates for ownership, independent thinking, communication, and responsible AI use.
* HR Operations: Support onboarding, maintain records in Trello, Notion and Google Sheets, track employee lifecycle, and manage the HR inbox and flag early risks or engagement concerns.
How We Work
AI handles drafting, summarising, scheduling and admin. People handle critical thinking, fair hiring decisions, bias identification and final recommendations.
What You Will Bring
Excellent communication, commitment to self development & learning, strong organisational capabilities, independent working, curiosity about AI and HR, basic Google Sheets or Excel skills, a fairness mindset and emotional maturity.

Minimum Duration: 13 weeks full-time or 16 weeks part-time
