Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote AI Generalist & Response Evaluation Expert opportunity. You'll evaluate AI-generated responses and provide structured, well-reasoned feedback that helps improve the quality, accuracy, and reliability of next-generation AI systems.
This role is ideal for strong analytical thinkers, researchers, writers, editors, and professionals with excellent English communication skills who can critically assess information and explain their reasoning clearly.
What You'll Do:
* Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and completeness.
* Identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and gaps in reasoning.
* Compare and rank AI responses against defined evaluation criteria.
* Write clear, precise, and well-supported rationales explaining your assessments.
* Apply detailed guidelines consistently across a high volume of evaluation tasks.
* Exercise independent judgment and provide honest, critical feedback when required.
* Analyze nuanced language, implicit meaning, logic, and context.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency throughout the project.
What We're Looking For:
* Native-level English fluency.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly from a recognized/top-ranked university.
* Excellent critical reading and analytical reasoning skills.
* Strong written communication and ability to explain complex judgments clearly.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to make consistent, objective decisions using structured guidelines.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Ability to complete tasks without AI writing tools.
Compensation:
* $70/hour
