The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our research and development efforts in neural network (NN) architectures, including Large Language Models (LLM) and transformer architectures. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of online learning algorithms and experience with looped neural networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives to explore and innovate in neural network architectures.
- Design and implement multi-module hierarchical neural networks based on diverse transformer architectures, including but not limited to graph transformers, decision transformers, and programmable transformers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product offerings.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies to ensure our projects remain cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI research and development, specifically in neural network architectures, LLM, and transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of online learning algorithms and looped neural networks is highly desirable.
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development (e.g., C++, Rust, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to think creatively and outside the box.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
