Client is building a longevity medicine ecosystem — clinical practice, consulting, a knowledge platform, and a conference business, all under one roof. As the business scales, his needs have evolved from execution support into something bigger: a strategic, AI-enabled operational partner who can think alongside him, not just take tasks off his plate.
We're looking for an AI Specialist/Claude Code Specialist who operates with high intelligence, independence, and judgment — someone who can own outcomes end-to-end, write with precision, and use AI tools as a genuine extension of their thinking.

What You'll Own
Business Operations & Pipeline Management
* Manage the conference pipeline — attendees, sponsors, payments
* Track and optimize revenue funnels using HubSpot and dashboards
* Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across stakeholders
* Maintain visibility across all active workstreams
AI-Driven Execution & Content Creation
* Draft high-quality sponsor outreach emails, partnership communications, and content (LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars)
* Use structured, context-rich AI prompting to produce outputs that need minimal revision
* Evaluate and refine AI-generated work independently
Strategic Communication & Inbox Ownership
* Fully own the inbox with thread-level context, prioritization, and filtering
* Draft responses that reflect Anant's tone — direct, concise, no fluff
* Get replies right with little to no back-and-forth
Research & Insight Generation
* Conduct deep research on medical, AI, and longevity topics, plus business partnerships and sponsors
* Deliver structured summaries and actionable insights — not raw data dumps
Systems & Workflow Optimization
* Build and refine task systems, pipelines, and AI workflows
* Continuously reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
Light Personal Support
* Calendar and scheduling (business + personal/family logistics)
* Travel coordination and light household/vendor coordination
* Handled seamlessly, without pulling focus from the business
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
* Strong analytical thinking — structured, logical, distills information into 1–2 key actions
* BS Computer Science or BS Math degree
* Genuine production-level fluency with AI code-harness tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
* Exceptional written English: precise, structured, context-aware
* High ownership mindset — nothing drops, no chasing needed
* System thinker who builds workflows, not just someone who executes tasks
* Operates with end-to-end context, not task-by-task
* Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
* Fast learner, self-directed, coachable but not dependent
Tools You'll Use
* Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
* Slack (primary ops channel)
* HubSpot (pipeline/CRM)
* ChatGPT / Claude (advanced prompting)
* Zoom, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Canva
* Strong advantage: GitHub or other technical tool exposure, dashboards, data structuring
Other Details:
* Working Hours: 40hrs/week
* Working Schedule: M-F from 7 am to 4 pm Mountain Time
* Rate: $9/hr
