Thank you for choosing AI Chat Hub ("the Extension"). We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes transparently how information and user data are handled when you use our browser extension.

1. Core Operating Principle & No External Data Collection

AI Chat Hub does not operate any external servers, developer databases, analytics services, advertising networks, or remote telemetry.

  • All document parsing, styling, conversion (Word, PDF, Markdown), and branding synthesis are performed locally within your browser session.
  • We never collect, transmit, sell, or transfer your conversation content, personal files, or settings to any server owned or operated by the extension developer or third-party tracking services.

2. Permissions and Data Handled Locally

The Extension requests only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver its user-facing features:

  2. Data Stored: User-configured document branding preferences, including:User-uploaded company logo image (stored strictly as local base64 data URL within chrome.storage.local);
  3. Document title alignment, diagonal watermark text and opacity, footer disclaimer text, and preferred UI language (ui_lang).
  4. Storage Scope: Stored strictly on your local device. Never synchronized to any external cloud or server.

  6. Purpose: Used strictly to inject the local content script into supported AI web apps upon user visit to parse conversation turns, render the interactive floating action bar, and enable local export.
  7. Website Content & Browsing Activity:The extension reads the conversation content on the active web page exclusively to display dialogue turns and generate your requested Word, PDF, or Markdown export.
  8. The extension checks URL changes within active supported AI tabs solely to reset the selection state when you switch conversation threads (Single Page Application navigation).

3. Local In-Memory Session and Token Security

  • No Credential Harvesting or Exfiltration: The extension never steals, collects, or exfiltrates user passwords, login credentials, or session tokens.
  • In-Memory Temporary Handling:The extension's primary extraction mechanism is reading rendered DOM elements directly from the webpage.
  • In technical scenarios where historical conversation turns are not rendered in the visible DOM, the extension may optionally make same-origin read requests (e.g., using existing session cookies or active session identifiers stored in page memory/localStorage) solely within the official first-party AI platform domain.
  • Any session tokens accessed for this purpose remain strictly ephemeral in memory during that specific export task. They are never written to external logs, never persisted to disk, and never transmitted outside the official AI platform domain.

4. Third-Party Code and Dependencies

  • All runtime dependencies (including html2pdf.bundle.min.js, an open-source client-side PDF utility under the MIT license) are 100% locally bundled inside the extension package.
  • The extension does not load or execute any remotely hosted scripts or external dynamic code, adhering strictly to Chrome Web Store Manifest V3 guidelines.

AI Chat Hub 不架设任何外部收集服务器、开发者数据库、数据分析服务、广告联盟或远程遥测服务。

  • 所有 AI 对话提取、排版、格式转换（Word、PDF、Markdown）及公文品牌渲染，均在您的浏览器本地内存与沙箱环境中运行。
  • 我们绝不收集、上传、出售或转让您的任何对话记录、个人文件或配置到开发者或第三方的任何外部服务器。

二、 申请的权限与本地数据处理说明

本插件仅申请实现其核心用户功能所必需的权限：

  1. storage（本地存储权限）：
  2. 存储内容：用户自定义配置的公文品牌参数，包括：用户自愿上传的企业 Logo 图像（仅以 base64 格式安全存储在本地 chrome.storage.local 中）；
  3. 大标题对齐偏好、全页防伪水印文字及透明度、页脚免责声明、界面多语言选项（ui_lang）。
  4. 存储范围：仅保留在用户本机浏览器沙箱内，绝不向任何外部云端同步。
  5. host_permissions（受支持平台域名权限）：

  8. 插件仅在受支持的 AI 对话标签页内监听 URL 路由变化，以便在用户切换对话时自动重置选择栏状态（SPA 单页应用导航识别）。

三、 本地内存会话与凭据安全规范

  • 杜绝任何凭证盗取与外传：插件绝不盗取、长期存储或向外传输任何用户的账号密码、Session Token 或身份凭证。
  • 纯内存即时使用：插件第一优先级采用页面已渲染的 DOM 元素进行解析与提取。
  • 在部分历史记录未完全渲染到 DOM 的场景下，插件可能在官方第一方域名沙箱内，调用同源只读接口提取对话历史（使用浏览器现有的登录 Cookie 或内存/localStorage 中的临时用户标识）。
  • 所有涉及的会话标识仅在本地内存中即时用于完成该次导出排版，用完即弃，绝不持久化存储，绝无任何外发通道。

四、 第三方脚本与安全规范

  • 本插件所使用的所有工具库（包括用于纯前端生成 PDF 的 MIT 开源库 html2pdf.bundle.min.js）均已纯本地化打包，严格遵循 Manifest V3 规范，杜绝加载任何外部远程代码（No Remotely Hosted Code）。
