Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an AI Business Transformation Manager. The person in this position will partner with clients to understand their current workplace risk and safety processes, identify opportunities to apply Job Risk AI’s platform, and design AI-driven transformation roadmaps. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping workflows, and translating them into practical AI-enabled solutions that improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role involves leading discovery workshops, preparing business cases, modeling process changes, and defining measurable KPIs for transformation initiatives. The AI Business Transformation Manager will collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to align client needs with platform capabilities, manage implementation timelines, and monitor performance post-deployment. The position also includes creating clear documentation, training materials, and presentations that help stakeholders understand how to adopt AI safely and effectively across their organizations.
Qualifications
* Experience in business transformation, process improvement, or management consulting, with a focus on technology or AI-enabled change.
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into practical, actionable solutions.
* Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital platforms, and the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
* Understanding of risk management, workplace safety, compliance, or related regulatory environments is highly beneficial.
* Proficiency in building business cases, defining KPIs, and measuring impact of transformation initiatives.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
* Comfort working in a fully remote setting, with self-directed work habits, proactive collaboration, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork.
