AI Agent & Automation Specialist

We are seeking an AI Agent & Automation Specialist to join our team in a role critical to our digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated automation workflows, integrating AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our global departments.
Part-time: 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $800-1100 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain advanced AI automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
* Connect systems and databases via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connections
* Apply AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents) to automate business processes (e.g., Customer Support agents, R&D feedback loops)
* Translate complex business requirements into reliable, structured, and fully documented workflows
* Manage the transition from MVP builds to robust, production-ready solutions that align with global HQ standards
* Proactively troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automation pipelines for efficiency and reliability
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in AI automation, technical integration, or a similar role
* Proven hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents specifically using n8n and comparable platforms like Make.com
* Experience building AI chatbots, including setting up and optimizing RAG-based knowledge bases for accurate performance
* Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and databases
* Deep familiarity with LLMs and the practicalities of integrating them into business workflows
* Ability to document processes clearly so they can be managed and scaled across global teams
* Clear English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
