We want to address any confusion and concerns about the ongoing mint and explain the value and benefits of AGO Passes. Let's dive into your questions and show why these passes are essential!
1. Access and Usage
- Connecting Passes: Can we already connect our passes to our gaming accounts?
You’ll be able to transfer your AGO Passes from Solana wallets to the Hexacore Gaming Universe right after the mint.
- Mint Issues: I have a whitelist (WL) spot but can’t mint anything. Why?
You can mint indeed. The WL was granting early access to the WL mint round, however, the mint is still available now. WL was not granting free AGO passes mint.
- NFT Visibility: Why isn’t my NFT showing up in the Telegram bot after purchase?
To enjoy your benefits from the AGO pass you’ll need to transfer Passes from Solana to the Telegram app. This functionality will go live on https://ago.hexacore.io/ right after the mint.
2. Pass Allocation and Fairness
- Pass Expectations: Why did I receive a bronze pass when I was expecting a silver one as a WL member?
The passes mint was run on the Candy Machine principle. Users could get Bronze, Silver or Gold passes on a random basis, and the price was counted fairly based on the value/volume ratio of the total Supply.
- Presale vs. Current Sale: What’s the difference between the passes from the presale in the Telegram bot and the current sale?
The difference is that during the presale (the earlier round) there were sold Steel and Bronze passes only for a fixed $USD fee. During this round mint participants can get any of Bronze, Silver or Gold passes randomly for their median cost of 0.88 SOL.
Additionally, in 2 weeks — all our Pre-Sale holders on Telegram will have means to transfer their NFT to Solana if they want to.
3. Minting and Pricing
- Pricing Concerns: Why is the price the same for the whitelist and public sales?
WL round participants had early access to the mint. The price is the same for all participants.
- Bronze Pass Inclusion: Why include bronze passes in this mint when they were already sold on Telegram?
Bronze passes have been included in this mint as this was planned from the very beginning. Their total supply wasn’t limited to the presale supply.
- Refund Policy: Can I burn my pass and get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the purchase?
Unfortunately, refunds are now supported for the Magic Eden mint.
Consider getting much more use from the pass than just burning it: create custom NFTs when the UGC platform goes live, earn bigger AGO rewards, with boosted staking, enjoy retro drops and get bigger platform token allocation at TGE.
- Secondary Market: Why isn’t the secondary market open yet?
The secondary market will go live after the mint ends.

- Airdrop Benefits: What are the benefits of holding a pass if I don’t participate in the mint?
Holding AGO pass provides with the following utility:

5. Minting Experience and Trust
- Technical Issues: Why are there lags and issues persisting without resolution?
Our partners’ interfaces sometimes can be buggy, unfortunately, many transactions fail and we cannot affect that. But we’ll consider that for future activities.
