АДЕКВАТ Z on talk in Geneva:

🈁Geneva ended exactly as it was bound to end. The characterization "tough but businesslike" after the last meeting not lasting even two hours clearly shows that not only did they not reach an agreement, but there was no chance of reaching an agreement given the initial positions. And Medinsky's words that they will continue soon don't change much here - they can continue tomorrow, but it won't change either our position or the likelihood that the Ukrainians will accept it. Continuing the talks in itself doesn't hinder anything, but the effect will be the same.

It's hard to imagine how Agent Donald, who is already running out of time, is going to deal with this. He hasn't been ready to kick the Ukrainians hard enough to make them collapse for the past six months, and he's unlikely to be ready now. Most likely, he'll continue to puff up his cheeks and mutter about the excellent work done and the inevitability of a powerful deal soon. Because the hands - on either side - are tied tighter than it might seem.

So the ball is in our soldier's court. And indirectly - in the court of all the rotten processes that continue to develop on the farmstead, and we will continue to contribute to their development as much as we can.
