Academic Debt is a proven fact of a failure to fulfil the individual study plan by an applicant for higher education that means the fail to pass the educational component and the corresponding ECTS credits volume as a result of getting the negative semester control attestation.

Academic debt appears if:

1) The applicant for higher education did not fulfil the requirements to be admitted to the semester control set in the rating evaluation system at the time of the beginning of the current semester control;

2) The applicant for higher education got fewer points than it is adopted in the university – less than 60 points out 100, according to the semester control results.

Elimination of the academic debt should be made in a period fixed by the Order of the First Vice-Rector.
