Hello everyone, this is Vida! I've launched a line of articles for which I interview Russian ABDL artists. This line is designed to introduce you to the history of some Russian artists in the ABDL community and help to popularize them. August Volkov, also known as Thermos The Corcodile gave me an interview today: diaperfur and not only an artist, a corgi, and crocodile, and even a little lingonberry! Have fun reading!

Vida🐲: Hi! Please introduce yourself to the audience!

TC🌱: Good day! I'm August. Also known as Thermos The Corcodile. I'm 24 years old. I am an artist and a nurse. :)

Vida🐲: August, I suggest we start with the classic questions. How did you get into ABDL?

TC🌱: It all started with piss kink (urophilia) approximately in 2018.

In search of pics on the topic, I came across ABDL and gradually began to enter it, albeit with creaking and chewing cactus. It was a little bit scary for me that I liked it. But pretty cute drawings are won. Since childhood, I have a controversial premise, but there are suspicions about one of the series of "The Kids from Room 402". There one of the guys poured himself out of the fountain... Well, in general, it is clear what the joke is about.

Vida🐲: Gotcha! That is. So did you still enter the topic and discover a smallness in yourself, or did ABDL become just an extension of the sides of your brain?

TC🌱: Well, for me, it is less about fetish and more about comfort, but not excluding the first one.

Vida🐲: Good. Do you have littlespace?

TC🌱: Unfortunately, I don't have littlespace, but there are comfortable attributes that "paint a simple bed".

Vida🐲: Do you participate CG/L model of relationship? Can you identify your position?

TC🌱: For me, the question of use and position is kinda difficult. I'm solo, and I suspect that the switch.

Vida🐲: It turns out that you are at least DL. Do you remember your first experience with diapers?

TC🌱: I don't really remember, but it seems like in the summer of 2021, when my family was on vacation, and I was working. Then I tried. There are no special memories, in fact. My very first pamp was some kind of shit by "Kazhdy Den'" (Every Day) from Auchan.

Vida🐲: Can you name your most favorite diaper?

TC🌱: I have no fave, because I don't always have the opportunity to try new things. And when the chance comes, it's no longer up to the choice.

Vida🐲: Are you a public ABDL? If so, why? Do you have any fears and concerns about condemnation from the outside?

TC🌱: I don't hide from friends and subscribers, although sometimes I catch anxiety. But I filter who to tell and who not to tell.

Vida🐲: Is it easy for you to admit to people that you draw ABDL?

TC🌱: It's easy enough if I understand they won't hurt me.

Vida🐲: And if suddenly someone has questions about the art?

TC🌱: I can't consider this a direct open manifestation, but there is no evidence. After all, you can always say "it's for just the money, for the FA".

Vida🐲: However, clever! I'm sure that's what many "hiders" do. By the way, we touched on this topic. You draw on FA. Not only do you draw anthropomorphic animals, but you are a furry yourself, right?

TC🌱: Yes, I am.

Vida🐲: Will you tell me about how you joined the fandom?

TC🌱: It was so long ago that I don't even remember. I've been in it since 2009 for sure. When I first got the Internet, I began to stumble upon furry art and fell in love with the style and idea.

Vida🐲: Do you have your own fursona?

TC🌱: It's Termos The Corgodile.

But in fact it has the shape of not only a corgodile. I have many forms for my comfort. The main one is a corgodile of course (which is a breed of my closed species).

Vida🐲: That's a flight of fancy! The corgodile... What is that? And why do you have a leaf on your head?

TC🌱: Well, actually I'm plantadoggo. So corgi cardigan + caprosuchus (extinct genus of crocodile-like mahajangasuhids) + lingonberries. I also have a variation of a caprosuchus, a corgi, a pony, a liger, an airplane dragon and a ferret.

Vida🐲: Wow! Lingonberries! And there is nothing to add! Give you to biologists, they'll probably plant potatoes and tomatoes on you! :)

TC🌱: Yes, most likely.

Vida🐲: And why Termos? Such a funny and memorable nickname! How did the idea come about?

TC🌱: With the nickname, everything is simple: TermosTheCorgodile appeared from my nickname Termos and fursona breeds. And the idea with the Termos came from a pony arter I once knew with the nickname Chaynik (Teapot), it seemed interesting to me.

Vida🐲: Really interesting! Very cool!

🟣About drawing

Vida🐲: Let's talk about your career as an artist. It is very interesting. How and when did you start drawing?

TC🌱: I've been drawing for a long time. Actively since 2014, but then I already had a small, but real skill. I created my their OCs, I found my interests, and it all started to go.

Vida🐲: Do you spend a lot of time developing your skill?

TC🌱: I draw almost every day, practicing and increasing the level of sharpness.

Vida🐲: Wow! Do you like being called an ABDL artist, or is it important to you that the audience perceives this only as a part of your art, which has many other directions, but does not forget about the rest of your work?

TC🌱: I feel more comfortable, and it is true that this is part of my art. I have as ABDL-tabooed characters who are far from this, as same as I have those characters, who live as ABDL.

Vida🐲: Is it probably more correct to call you a diaperfur or DL artist?

TC🌱: Quite to myself.

Vida🐲: And yet, drawing DL and ABDL, can you say that it's hard to be a thematic artist?

TC🌱: No. I'm comfortable and not disgusted. Why should it be difficult for me?

Vida🐲: Yes... really! Could you tell something about your workflow?

TC🌱: The workflow is simple: there is a desire to draw - I sit down to draw, while watching some vids, I back up with other's arts in an attempt to catch the idea by the tail.

Vida🐲: Digital art or traditional art?

TC🌱: I draw more often, after all, in digital. With the tradition, I have a strange opinion that this is "something incomplete". The most interesting thing is that this rule applies only to me. If someone else draws in the tradition, then everything is OK for me.

Vida🐲: Hmm, interesting!

TC🌱: And about the software. The Paint Tool Sai is my everything. ;)

Vida🐲: A golden classic! Here's the question: is drawing for you more like a chill-time with the possibility of monetization, or as a full-fledged job that also requires rest?

TC🌱: This is my hobby. I don't want to make it work. I have the main one, I don't need any more.

Vida🐲: Do you have any plans for the future? Maybe the launch of any projects?

TC🌱: There are no plans as such. I do not know what I want from life and while I'm going with the flow, paying off the mortgage.

Vida🐲: What can you advise aspiring ABDL artists? What should they pay attention to and what mistakes are better not to make?

TC🌱: The usual tips work here: learn anatomy, select competent references, increase the visibility, do not stop on one theme, grow in all directions.

Vida🐲: A reasonable approach!

TC🌱: Don't rush to monetize your art. Gain experience and draw for fun!

🟣About fictional worlds, stories and characters

Vida🐲: Listen, you said that there are characters outside the theme. It is very interesting to learn about them. After reviewing your works, I can say that you have a very rich inner world! You had a gray-haired man medic in your gallery, and something like a Minecraft comic book. Can you please introduce me to this story?

TC 🌱 : Ah, it's all just the same character, it's just that in their universe there is a system of portals to different worlds.

Vida 🐲 : Ok...

TC 🌱 : Like, if there is a game/book, then there is such a world. Of course, they do not coincide 1 in 1, but they are close, and they explore them to their advantage. The main ones in this story are Heinrich, Hans, and Rein - my very first OCs, who eventually changed gender. And Lisel is their girlfriend. On the Rein I have 2 suites, and on the brothers - the basis (yes, one for two, yes it makes sense xD).

Vida🐲: Woah! So, wait a minute, this information must somehow fit in my head. And who are they?

TC🌱: The brothers are experiments of the Reich. Quite successful, which is why they turned 103 this year.

Vida🐲: Really successful! They look 50 years old, or even less! I'm even jealous. Are they on the side of the Reich or the Coalition?

TC🌱: Actually, they have never been for the politics of their country, starting with not very good adolescence and ending with terrible experiments. They were paramedics at the front and surrendered to the Soviets at the first opportunity, getting to Leningrad. Already in adulthood, they got into the Vozrozhdenie research center, where they still work as therapists. This is a very brief retelling of their story.

Vida🐲: Your fantasy is something incredible! You can write a comic book or even shoot a TV series! Admit it, in order to visualize all this, you have a gaming video card in your head, and in order to remember all this, you have direct access to endless cloud storage. Is that so? :)

TC 🌱 : No, I'm just introverted and I suspect I have a mild degree of autism XD. No, seriously, in order to work out the brothers in more detail, I bought an encyclopedia. Two encyclopedias.

Vida🐲: It has become no less incredible! :)

TC🌱: This is what the lack of a personal life looks like.

Vida🐲: Ha-ha!

TC🌱: I'm kidding, when it was, everything was the same. This is my most basic story. In addition to the existing versions of the characters, there are also backup ones. If a server bug occurs, then the second one is turned on. The last artwork, for example, is when a part of the server flew off, and Hans showed a second fursona - avatar.

Vida🐲: So this is a limitless multiverse, right?

TC🌱: There is a version for any universe. Even by points. The main appearance is human, but they are extremely rare in it.

Vida🐲: Very interesting! But you also have themed characters, right?

TC🌱: I have an ABDL setting with 2 pups:

Tony the Corgi - Medical student,

and Oliver the shepherd delivers pizza and has very rich parents.

And I also have a Team Fortress 2 setting with an ABDL medic and his daddy Spy.

I almost forgot about my girls: The daughters of the main characters, except for the dachshund in the center:

Michelle is a catlizard with a weak bladder. Most often, she does not pee on purpose, but she is already like it and even gets high from it. Michelle's design has changed slightly, but there are no new artworks yet.

Ellie, who has trained herself to relieve herself in a diaper without much control.

Vasilisa (a plump girl) acts as their mom.

Vida🐲: Termos, I'd like to know which of your artwork do you like the most?

TC 🌱 : Probably these, because I like a few:
