A special electronic platform has been created by the Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Finance

In order to ensure the implementation of the State Program for the implementation of the Action Strategy on the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the "Year of Youth Support and Health" and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 20, 2021, № PD-6208 "On additional measures to support entrepreneurship and employment of young people, their social protection and meaningful organization of leisure time", a special electronic platform subsidiya.mf.uz was created by the State Unitary Enterprise "Information and Computing Center" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This electronic platform is one of the processes to further improve the system of youth support, promote their employment, stimulate entrepreneurial ideas and initiatives, create additional conditions for them to earn a decent income, take the work in this area to a new level.

        This electronic platform provides our citizens with transparency in the allocation of subsidies, compensations and other benefits from the state budget, as well as the prevention of bureaucracy and corruption in this process, and informing officials and citizens directly about the problems.

        Today, for ministries and agencies that do not have electronic platforms, personal cabinets have been created through the web application "https://subsidiya.mf.uz/dashboard", which allows them to enter information on the types of subsidies and to be aware of the application.

        Currently, through this electronic platform, in cooperation with 18 ministries and departments, work has been carried out to electronicize the process of obtaining 83 types of subsidies, and integration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations and the Agency for Youth Affairs.

        Currently, measures are being taken together with the relevant government agencies and organizations to integrate into the electronic platform and to make this system accessible to all government agencies and organizations.
