A curious thing is happening overseas.

The US Supreme Court has overturned all tariffs imposed by Trump. The fact is that in the United States, trade issues are the responsibility of Congress. Trump used the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose import duties on goods, but the court found this to be a violation of the US constitution.
