A Step-By-Step Guide To Choosing Your Item Upgrade
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as an armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced with an identical item, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment in three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality token to reroll. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next Success result is repeated. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open they will display a complete description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These stones are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. The system is a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at once. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be applied in addition to an appropriate amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right side, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available to it. When Cases.gg is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools in order to provide an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide more effects or an improved quality of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire", on the other hand, increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they get a perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
