William Brent Bell directs the prequel to the 2009 horror film Orphan. Returning character Esther contrives an elaborate plan that allows her to escape an Estonian psychiatric hospital. After doing so, she travels to America, posing as a wealthy family's missing daughter. But her facade slowly begins to unravel. As a result, she finds herself pitted against a mother who will do anything to protect her family.

In a small town in 1989 Maine, seven bullied kids discover that a malevolent force is preying on the local children. When they realize that the town's adults can't protect them, they band together to destroy the monster, a killer clown called Pennywise.

An enormous great white shark terrorizes a summer resort town, where a police chief, a grizzled fisherman and an intrepid marine biologist realize they're "gonna need a bigger boat" to battle the bloodthirsty beast. An Oscar winner for sound, editing and John Williams' score.

Am I the only person in the world that likes this movie? OK the content is pretty extreme but still it is only a movie. I've watched it a few times over the years and I've enjoyed each viewing.

Unearthed are supposed to re-release it on disc later this year. Supposedly we will get both the uncut version and a new director's cut.
On disc, AFAIK the uncut version was only released on DVD in the US. However, there is a Swedish three-disc blu-ray release, which includes the soundtrack on CD AND has English subtitles.
I got mine from diabolikdvd.com. I suspect it is long out of print now, so eBay is probably your best chance.
I have watched the uncut version several times, and only a cut version once (I understand there are several cut versions out there).
To me, the cut version was actually more horrific. It's not that you see much more in the uncut version, but in that scene (you know which one I am thinking of) the very fake looking doll has always created some distance between me and the rest of the scene, reminding me of it as film and making the whole thing more grotesque and over the top than purely horrifying. But in the cut version I watched, most images of the doll was cut out, making it a much more horrifying experience to me because most of it now takes place inside one's mind. I doubt that was the effect the censors were going after, but nevertheless that was the effect on me.
Luckily, it was shown completely uncut in theaters in my country and was also available uncut on blu-ray and DVD once. In fact, you could even rent the uncut version in Blockbuster here.

I have a copy burned on a dvd, given to me by an old friend of mine who drove a taxi. On the other side of the disc is a Taxi porn parody with Ron Jeremy as Devito.
