With its leatherette handle and convenient extra features It's easy to see why the TAVO Next glides smoothly over almost all terrains. It's not the lightest stroller, but it's harder to lift up the stairs than some competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle moves like a gazelle, even if it's loaded down with up to three kids and food. The downside is it doesn't come with a second child board or seat for families that are growing.
1. TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that can accommodate children up to 50 pounds. It's extremely spacious, and the seat reclines easily and lays flat. It's also easy to open and close, and it comes with an XXL canopy with venting and windows that peek out. Nuna has updated the TAVO harness for 2021 with Magnetech Secure Snap. This allows it to be secured safely and easily with one hand.
While the TAVO is a great option for parents looking to save money, it's not the best choice for those who want to utilize a bassinet, or an reversible seat. It can only be positioned only one way, and does not come with any accessories, such as a bassinet stand or rain cover. 2 in 1 stroller and car seat is the better choice for those who need more, as it can take these accessories.

The UPPAbaby V2 is our most highly-rated full-size stroller. It is an excellent option for families with children who are growing up since it can be used with a bassinet as well as an infant car seat as well as toddler seats. This stroller is versatile enough to take a riding board that makes it an all-in-one stroller.
The seats are padded to provide comfort. The recline has four preset positions and is simple to use. The foot rest can also be adjusted to make the journey more comfortable for passengers. The canopy is large and is ideal for parents who want to protect their children from the sun. It is rated with SPF 50+ and comes with a pop-out visor, two mesh peek-a-boo windows, and a flap cover.
Another excellent benefit of the UPPAbaby V2 is that its fabric are machine washable. This is crucial because it will extend the life of your buggy so that you can enjoy it for a long time. 3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent option for parents looking to purchase a stroller that will expand with their family. It's referred to as to be a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" and comes with more than 20 different configurations to use with various seats, cots and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are sold separately).
We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to move around which makes it ideal for parents who love to go out and explore. It comes with a huge storage basket as well as a variety of attachments that allow parents to carry groceries or light shopping. It is a little bit more expensive than other 2 in one prams, but it's worth the cost because the quality and performance are top of the line.
This stroller has an easy-pull harness that makes securing your child in the seat easy. It also features a sun canopy that has XXL removable panels as well as peek-a-boo windows. It also has a tray for parents to store their snacks, drinks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to suit the parents' height and the brake is easily accessed which makes it safe for children to use.
Sophie is a mother from London She tried out the stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. It was easy to maneuver and very smooth on cobbled streets, even when the ground was bumpy. The large shopping basket and comfortable footrests that are ergonomically designed made her feel at ease. She also liked the fact that the hood and handlebar fabric could be washed in the washing machine, something that's important for parents with busy schedules!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+

A frame stroller that is minimalist, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in and a large storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24lbs with attachments for infant car seats which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than the UPPAbaby v2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It is easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It does not have an enclosed canopy and you'll be required to buy your own sunshades for your children if they require additional protection from the elements.
During our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It is able to maneuver through most terrains easily, but it has trouble going over muddy areas and gravel. It isn't easy to maneuver over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We don't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does provide excellent suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers often have however Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.
The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, however, we'd prefer to have a stroller that has more flexibility. The stroller's flexibility in seating configuration is a big plus. Parents can mount their infant car seats either opposite directions or in the same direction, depending on their preferences.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side earned an outstanding score in both weight and size folded, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important quality for parents who are looking for a travel stroller that will fit in tiny spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller and does not have the features other strollers we have tested, such as a large storage basket or a deep recline. But it is an excellent option for families on a budget and for those who need a secondary stroller for occasional use, like an outing to the zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a light stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its relatively small frame, swivel front wheels and cushioned shoulder pads offer the perfect ride for your kids. The multi-position reclining seats and parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
It also has a large European-style canopy that provides shade from the sun as well as some protection against windy conditions. It also comes with two storage bags and the five-point safety harness, and two storage bags.
The Delta took less than three minutes to put together, the quickest time in our test group. The manual is not very good, and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of our lighter products and folds flat making it easy to lift and transport. In our Strollers & Multiples testing, we assess how easily and smoothly the product moves and turns it opens and closes the safety harness, adjusts the brakes, opens and closes the storage basket and installs and removes an infant car seat.
