A FULL GUIDE TO ATOMIC WALLET

Good day everyone.

As one of the greatest threat facing the use of cryptocurrency is the security of the wallet which users can use to securely safe their digital assets as well a trusted exchange which they can use to trade and swap their various assets.

Most of the available wallets are either faced with trust and security issues or they don't store more than one digital assets which doesn't bode well of any crypto investor as they do have more than one type of assets at a time.

Obviously, the need to have a secure multi-currency wallet which supports more than one cryptocurrency is paramount. In this writeup, I'll write a guide on the ATOMIC WALLET ECOSYSTEM.

Atomic wallet is a decentralized multi-currency platform that provides a powerful, in-demand service that allows users to reduce effort spent on managing crypto assets and makes it transparent and reliable. Atomic wallet platform is not just a wallet but also a cross-chain Atomic swap exchange with a decentralized order book. Atomic wallet has so many crypto coins such as; BTC, ETH, DGTX, LTC, EDO, DICE, DNT, DROP, DASH and 300+ ERC20 tokens.

THE FULL GUIDE

1. THE WALLET SECTION

The Wallet Category displays the sum total of all the tokens/coins available on the Atomic wallet. Here, users are allowed to view all details about their favorite crypto asset and as well save their deposit and Receiving Address.

Hide Zero Balance: Unlike other multi asset wallets,the Hide zero Balance option displays the exact amount of tokens you have in your atomic wallet.

The image above shows the exact balance of AWC Tokens that i have in my atomic wallet. If there were other tokens in my wallet, the Hide zero Balance option would also display them.

Add Token:

The Add custom token option in the atomic wallet, still under the wallet category allows users to add their custom Ethereum tokens to the atomic wallet. This is unlike other Multi asset wallets.

2. ATOMIC SWAP SECTION

The Atomic swap category displays all available method for swapping a particular digital asset into another digital asset. This can be done withing some seconds and in a very secured manner in the Atomic wallet.

Markets: The Markets option in the atomic wallet allows users to see various types of crypto assets and their conversion rates, As we can see in the image above, The conversion or swapping rate of BTC to LTC is 1 BTC= 109.24 LTC.
Place order: The place order window displays a platform where you can input your swapping figures.

As you can see in the image above, i would like to swap 1 BTC to LTC at the rate of 1 BTC = 126 LTC using the Automatic trade option. The minimum swap amount is 0.0002 BTC. The advanced settings allows you to choos eif you would like to use the Automatic trade or use the Market Price. when you click on Place order, the swap process begins automatically.

My Orders: This option displays the swap in progress, Active orders, and your swap History.

3. EXCHANGE SECTION

The Exchange category of the Atomic wallet makes use of two(2) exchange services

CHANGELLY: Changelly is a popular cryptocurrency exchange service between digital currencies. The service acts as a mediator between trading cryptocurrency platform and users providing over 90 altcoins at the best market rates for a seamless exchange.
SHAPESHIFT: The Atomic wallet community voted shapeshift as a default option for instant exchanges. ShapeShift is the fastest and most convenient way to swap digital currencies, with the exchange rate always remaining competitive.

Instant Exchange: on the Exchange categories lies the Instant exchange. This option allows users to instantly exchange their crypto assets to another crypto asset using the best market rates. As we can see in the image above, i am trying to exchange 34 ETH to BTC using the Shapeshift exchange service at an exchange rate of 1 ETTH~0.02837 BTC
Fixed Rate: This option allows users to exchange their crypto assets to another crypto asset using the Fixed exchange rates.

4. HISTORY SECTION

The History Category gives elucidated details of all transaction a user had carried out on the Atomic wallet. As we can see on the image above i received 25 AWC tokens on the 12-NOV-2018 at 5:34 pm.
