Screen Time does not block apps
Make sure Screen Time permission is allowed and selected apps/categories are configured inside Settings > Protection in 99 Days Reset. Screen Time blocking requires Apple Family Controls support and user permission.
A blocked website still opens in Safari
Enable the Safari extension manually: iPhone Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions > 99 Days Reset Blocker. On older iOS versions use iPhone Settings > Safari > Extensions. Apple requires the user to enable Safari extensions manually.
A blocked website opens in another browser
Apple does not allow a normal App Store app to silently filter every browser system-wide. To add friction in Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or DuckDuckGo, open 99 Days Reset > Settings > Protection > Other browsers and select those browser apps in Apple’s picker.
A protected app does not open immediately after unlocking
Tap the protected app once more after unlocking it. Apple’s Screen Time API can temporarily remove a shield, but it does not allow a shield extension to force-open another app.
Notifications do not appear
Open iPhone Settings, find 99 Days Reset, and make sure notifications are allowed.
Purchases and refunds
