She has an "off air" position now. Still works there but just isn't on air.

Can’t tell you how painful it was to listen to her at times after Alli I left. I would turn the station on and eventually stopped listening. And now she is suing because she was terrible at her job. Typical lowbrow American

I really liked Trista....I really liked the show when it was Trista and Ashley together they added up better together...I mean the show is Nick and Josh, but Trista brought some meat and content where Ashley is barely there and barely talks...always wondered why they moved Trista out of the booth...
Ashley is terrible. Just a dumb bitch who just agrees with the guys and then talks about blowing her boyfriend and having 3 dimes. Just unbelievable bullshit
Trista was a dumb hippy that talked about her natural living and avocados. She was annoying to listen to. Ashley is ok, but must be hard to do the show remotely. I could be wrong. I thought they didn't put much effort into looking for Ali's replacement. I thought she was better because she had more content to talk about, but didn't fall for the guys sexual jokes etc... killed a few bits by doing it. Would be nice if they put a little effort into finding someone.
I left Minneapolis right when Ali left. Came back to find Trista's babble. I couldn't take her nasally lisping. Then to find out she's an idiot. Especially about her dating men. She would give herself up to some dude, like when she got finger blasted on the bus, and then had the nerve to speak with scruples,and expectations,of how men should treat her. Like the dude who offered to go find a house for them to live in, when she said no she didn't want to do that.Then he broke up with her, and then she said she didn't know why. Nick said "he wanted a life with you" and she said "oh is that why?"Her stupidity made me stop listening to the show. I heard she's not on the show anymore so I came back to the Brotherhood. As far as Ashley? She does bring a female's balance to the show, with a grain of salt that she still a kid. I live in Red Lake but I podcast everyday. Brotherhood.
I can’t believe all these comments. How in the world did you think she was a good fit for the show?? She had nothing relevant to say and constantly talked about her promiscuous life ( which could be fine but hers was disgusting)
Just read her lawsuits where she says she was told not to speak when her comments were not relevant. Yeah that’s not discrimination it’s reality. You have a job to do. Imagine if I was talking history in my finance job.
I am truly sorry for her loss of a job, but she is not the only one and I would say she deserved to loose her job more than anyone who was let go during the pandemic. She SUCKED

At least when Ross left they mention him in passing every once in a while and bring him back but with trista they had the furlough and boom she's gone not a word.
Trista was from a small town, had a very minnesotan accent, and was not afraid to talk about having a threesome with another girl or her mom finding her dildork. Ali would barely say tear me up. Trista was super nice at in person events too. If they can get some ad revenue after the pandemic, I'd love to hear from trista again someday

It's no secret that the coronavirus pandemic has essentially halted advertising revenue for media companies, and the toll has forced Cumulus Media to implement a plan that will furlough members of the 93X "Half-Assed Morning Show" periodically over the next three months.
"Just to be clear- The Half-Assed Morning Show is getting furloughed," the station announced on Twitter Monday morning . "This means that 3 weeks out of the next 90 days we will be off. The first week will be next week, April 20th-24th. We will keep you all informed about when the other two will take place."
"Three weeks of unpaid time off. Gotta do what you gotta do to ease the blow," said Nick Born during a conversation with Josh on Monday's show .
"We're still very lucky because the alternative is a bunch of people getting fired," co-host Josh Bitney responded. "Everybody is just taking a little bit of this so a few people don't have to get fired."
"I still consider myself very lucky," added Nick.
Bring Me The News has reached out to 93X to find out what will be aired in lieu of the morning show. We have also asked if any other Cumulus-media owned stations (KQRS and LOVE 105) in the Minneapolis market will be affected similarly.
In Minnesota, workers who are furloughed may be eligible to collect unemployment benefits if they are "temporarily or intermittently laid off or your hours are reduced below 32 hours per week," according to the Department of Economic and Employment Development (DEED).
People who are approved to receive unemployment insurance are also receiving an additional $600 a week via the federal stimulus package, also known as the CARES Act.
