I still question that size study. The statistician side of me doesn’t like the fact that many(I’ve read about 1/3) of the participants decided to not go through with it once they found out what was going on. This throws these numbers off considerably.
That being said, 6.7BP is definitely well endowed in the length category. I’m ~7BP(6.625NBP) and have been called well endowed by three of the four women in which I’ve had a sexual encounter.

For example, I am assuming only the effective volunteers count, so the sample is 300. How do you get .3%, well I can understand how - thats one guy out of 100 if they have simply rounded to the nearest tenth. But what is .1? That would be less than a complete person.

You should be looking at the percentile, not the frequency.
I agree with Crimbo, it’s because it’s a bigger number. While it’s true that it is a more accurate way of monitoring progress, I believe it to be more a matter of ego when someone mentions their BP vs. NBP when speaking of their EL .
