Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate. It mellows, and turns into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3, soft and easy going, great for relaxing on the weekend.
