Jen Forleo

The kitchen is the heart of your house. Full stomach, satiated appetites, and yummy food indicate a dirty and messy kitchen and messy mom. Dirty kitchens also suggest about the lack of time to clean your kitchen.

Well, believe it or not, when it comes to the kitchen, cleaning is easy, but the application of ingredients that we use as the hacks is the main game.

Here, in this post, we will learn a few kitchen cleaning DIY hacks that will help you wipe out extra oil spills from your shelf and gas stove. My friend Mariyam, editor and co-founder of The Life Hype blog, has shared these awesome tips.

  1. The oil spill stains are the toughest to clean. The best DIY is to use boiling water with shampoo. Mix some amount of shampoo is boiling water. This solution easily wipes out the oil stains and other stains too.
  2. Another DIY hack is cleaning your gas stove rims with oil. Dab some oil in clean cotton cloth. Now clean the gas rims and pan until they shine and sparkle. With regular cooking and burning of gas stoves, the rims and pans leave their shine.
  3. Cooking is always fun. But the post-cooking process is always tiresome. While cooking, you tend to spill oil or turmeric. While oil spills are easy to clean, turmeric stains the shelves and gas stoves with its yellow color. The best DIY hack is to dilute baking soda in water until it becomes a thick paste. Apply this paste on to yellow stains and leave it for some time. Clean the paste after 15-20 minutes. See the magic.
  4. Dilute some vinegar or lemon in a glass of water. Put this glass in your microwave and heat your microwave for 15 minutes. Now clean the inside of your microwave with a clean cloth. All the dirt and oil splashes can be wiped off easily.
  5. Use lemons to clean oily and dirty utensils. Lemons will also leave a lovely fragrance in your utensils.

These DIY kitchen hacks will make your life easy. The best thing is that these ingredients are easily available in your home.
