4 tips to stay safe with CoinEx.Buzz
Er.Vinothkumar Indian Ambassador
Hi there,
In recent weeks, the number of phishing attacks targeting CoinEx accounts has significantly increased. There are more fake pages, emails, and support agents than ever before
That said, we want to share 4 easy tips to keep yourself on the safe side

Don’t answer “proactive” support agents
Our support is always ready and happy to help you. However, official support agents will NEVER write you first on Telegram or any other network. Moreover, our agents DO NOT need your password, authorization code, or require you to follow a link to enter your credentials.
Please refer yourself to the official support agents, approach first and get the answers you need in a safe manner.
Our current agents:
@CoinExMario | Head
@coinexhelp | Indian Ambassador
@coinex_ambassador | Global Ambassador Head
@CoinExSam
@CoinExNorman
@CoinExRiley
@JessicaZhang
@annazvg | CoinEx Media
@er_vinothkumar | Indian Ambassador

Double check email addresses
Official letters from CoinEx can only come from the following email addresses:
noreply@mail.coinex.com
If you receive a letter from another email address claiming to be an official representative, do not reply and mark it as SPAM immediately!

Keep an eye on the domain
If you are accessing the CoinEx through a web browser, please verify that the domain is: Coinex.com Coinex.co Coinex.buzz and it’s a secure connection (https://)
Entering your credentials in another website could result in irreparable losses!

Follow best security practices
To increase the security of your account, it is vital that you to set a strong password.
We also suggest activating two-factor authenticator (2FA). This technology adds an additional security layer against unauthorized use of your account
Stay safe,
CoinEx Team
