To understand what dancing is, you need to use French. This language is one of the most ancient. The Franks came from Phrygia, and their ancestors migrated there from Ancient Egypt. French is a continuation of one of the ancient Egyptian languages. Ancient Egypt was one of the centers of ancient civilization.

The word "dancing" comes from the Old French "dans", which means "in". Initially, the concept of "dancing" meant "entry into", "entry into a trance", "entry into the global information space", "entry into God".

The same "entry into God" was reflected in the Christian ritual of baptism, when a person is immersed in water.

Khorovod is an ancient folk circular mass ritual dance of the Slavs, containing dance, singing and playing instruments. The most important thing about this dance is that it is a circular dance, and it has been known since antiquity among many peoples of the world.

King David dances

King David is one of the greatest monarchs of ancient Israel. He is famous for dancing in front of God, more specifically in front of the Ark of the Covenant.

13 And it was so, that when they that bare the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen and fatlings.

14 And David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.

15 So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet.

2 Samuel 6:13-15

David danced in front of the Ark of the Covenant - this means that he made circle dances around the Ark of the Covenant.
