3D Metavers Community Builder (Remote)

Company: fondi Inc

About Us
Fondi is a global 3D metaverse platform where people connect, learn English, and build communities around shared interests. Every day, members join live conversations, events, and activities inside immersive virtual spaces.
Now, we're looking for passionate community builders who want to create and grow their own communities—whether around hobbies, careers, culture, gaming, business, education, wellness, or any topic they're excited about. English becomes the natural language that helps members connect with people from around the world.

You will:
* Build and grow a community around your interests or expertise
* Host live events, discussions, games, networking sessions, or casual hangouts in the 3D metaverse
* Create a welcoming environment where members enjoy interacting regularly
* Encourage members to practice English naturally through real conversations
* Help new members feel comfortable and become active in your community
* Work with the Fondi team to grow your community and try new ideas
Benefit
* Earn incentives based on your community activities and achievements
* Get rewarded for growing an active and engaged community
* Build your personal brand as a community leader
* Meet members from different countries with similar interests
* Gain experience in community building, leadership, and event hosting
* Access long-term opportunities to grow within the Fondi ecosystem
Who We're Looking For
* Love bringing people together
* Enjoy organizing activities or leading conversations
* Are comfortable communicating in English (perfect English isn't required)
* Have an interest, hobby, profession, or topic they'd love to build a community around
* Are proactive, creative, and excited to grow something from the ground up
* Can host events consistently and keep members engaged
Whether you want to build a startup community, book club, gaming group, travel club, fitness circle, anime community, career network, or anything in between—we'd love to help you make it happen in the Fondi 3D Metaverse.
