3D Artist - Military Vehicle Interior

I'm an Australian 3D Asset producer looking worldwide for a 3D Artist who can create the interior of a medium-poly scifi military car. The car model already exists and a simple blockout has been made.

Job Description
An existing asset, a scifi military vehicle, requires expansion to include an interior as it currently doesnt have one. I'm looking for a 3D Artist with har-surface experience to design an interior which is in the same style as the rest of the vehicle. It is a low-poly model of roughly 20k triangles. A simple blockout from a previous artist has been done already.

Qualifications
* Visual Portfolio involving hard-surface work, including UV mapping and creating PBR materials suitable for modern game engines.
* Strong 3D modeling skills, with attention to detail
* Texturing with substance painter is preferred but not required (i can do the texturing if you cannot)
* Understanding of Function-over-form principal during design work.
* Creative ability (the concept is rough and some creative freedom is expected)
* Effective english communication skills, ability to accept and implement feedback
Payment
Fixed Price amount will be negotiated based on estimate of hours taken.
I am also open to an hourly rate so long as tracking software is used. My usual going rate is $20USD per hour for a talented artist, or slightly less for a junior artist. Payment will be done via Paypal or Skrill. Bank transfer is also possible so long as the costs associated with the transfer are covered.
